The $50 million jail addition seems is monetarily ridiculous.  At $100 a night boarding fee, that comes to paying for 500,000 boarding nights at another facility.  How long will that take to happen?

Troy - Rite-Aid project before the planning board - The one at the Freihofer site is only a replacement for the one already a few doors away.  Are we idiots and to give them tax breaks on building supplies? Does Stewarts' run to us for these when they rebuild or add a building? Rite-Aid company policy does not allow them to purchase from local vendors, like JoePostcard. Is that ever a slap in the face.

WalMart will take in local vendors, but wanted JoePostcard to take out a million dollar policy to protect them on lawsuits due to carrying his product. He pulled his product. They effectively shut him out.

Much of the cost of heaalth care is the CYA problem. Here are some examples.
- Had out of the blue nosebleeds. Doctor suggests quarterizing, see specialist, (upon further questioning) maybe try nasal spray every day or so - BINGO - NO medical cost.
- Had reguritation while sleeping, immediately pop a Halls honey lemon cough drop. Works for me within a few minutes. Maybe take an hour or more between a meal and sleep. to avoid this. - BINGO - NO medical cost.
